Agreement to Terms

By using Picki ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Picki is operated by Orca Kobo ("we", "our", or "us").

Description of Service

Picki is an iOS application that helps you save and organize posts from social media platforms including Reddit, X, Instagram, and Threads. The App fetches publicly available metadata from shared links to display previews.

User Accounts

You may use Picki with:

An anonymous account (no sign-in required)
Google Sign-In
Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Anonymous accounts cannot be recovered if you lose access to your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Picki to:

Save content that violates others' rights
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our systems

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all notes and organization you create in Picki. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

Store your bookmarks and metadata on our servers
Fetch publicly available post metadata from shared links
Display your saved content back to you within the App

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the service.

Picki Pro Subscriptions

Picki offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Picki Pro. The core bookmark-saving features remain free; Picki Pro unlocks advanced features such as smart widget filtering, bookmark export to CSV and Markdown, and higher tag limits.

Plans and Pricing

Picki Pro Monthly — billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Picki Pro Yearly — billed annually, approximately 50% savings versus the monthly plan

Prices vary by region and are shown to you in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Picki Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS)

Free Trial

If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for the free trial only once per subscription group.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall Picki or sign in on a new device using the same Apple ID, you can restore your active Picki Pro subscription using the "Restore Purchases" link inside the app's subscription screen.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account Deletion While Subscribed

Deleting your Picki account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. To stop future charges, please also turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

Third-Party Content

Posts saved through Picki originate from third-party social media platforms. We do not control or endorse this content. The original content creators retain all rights to their posts.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Picki available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Technical issues
Third-party service outages

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orca Kobo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

Termination

You may stop using Picki at any time by deleting your account through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
